The price includes final cleaning, booking fees, towels, bed linen, and WiFi. We have stopped offering breakfast reservations.
Price excludes tourist tax € 1.75 p.p.p.n.
And… free bikes are available for PolderPoort guests.

Check-out is no later than 10.00 a.m. Other times possible in consultation.
Terms
In case of cancellation or modification up to 30 days before arrival, the full amount will be refunded minus any bank and administration fees..
If canceled or modified later or if you do not show up (no-show), the full amount of the reservation will not be refunded.
A reservation will be considered valid upon receipt of the confirming deposit.
Please see the invoice you recieved from us upon placing your reservation, for payment instructions. Failure of producing the confirming deposit within the day the reservation placement, will unfortunately lead to automatic cancellation of your invalid reservation.
Your invoice can still be changed by using drinks from the refrigerator. You must pay your remaining amount on invoice upon check-out.
